This pushrod and lifter set fits the following 1997-2016 GM applications with the LS 4.8L, 5.3L and 5.7L V8 engines.  If your application came with out the Active Fuel Management your engine would use this style of lifter.  If your engine came with it, you would need 8 of this lifter and 8 of the AFM/DOD "deactivation on demand lifter.
