Nearly 50 years ago, in the small German village of Finnentrop, Heinrich Eibach began producing springs by bringing together skilled craftsmen who shared his passion and commitment to quality. Eibach Springs has grown into an internationally renowned suspension company thanks to a guiding philosophy that combines old-world craftsmanship with a relentless pursuit of engineering excellence.
Eibach uses the worlds finest quality, chrome silicon steel wire to produce coil springs with maximum travel and minimum weight. Eibach Springs are metric sized and, therefore, not limited to the SAE sized wire used in the production of many of the springs currently on the market. Eibach Springs are cold formed on CNC machinery, insuring precise tolerances on spring rates and free height, as well as longer life expectancy. Eibach Springs are heat tempered, shot peened, pre-set, and again tempered for maximum stress resistance. During a final process, they are phosphate treated and red powder coated with a very durable epoxy coating for a great looking finish tha resists chipping and provides maximum protection from corrosion. All springs are imprinted with an Eibach logo and part number for assurance of quality. Eibach Springs are guaranteed to remain within 3% rate and height for the life of the spring.
Eibach also designs and markets a complete line of Eibach-tuned dampers, anti-roll bars, strut tower bars, alignment kits, motorcycle and motorsports springs. Eibach produces some of the finest conventional coil springs in the world. When other springs sag or frequently need replaced, top race teams from F1 to WRC, from Le Mans to NASCAR, inevitably turn to Eibach. To produce springs with unparalleled precision and repeatability, Eibach uses the worlds finest Hi-Ten spring steel, produced to exceedingly precise tolerances. Eibach uses state-of-the-art technology in every step of the manufacturing process.
